• We will schedule a face-to-face meeting to discuss all of the details of your plans.

This will help us understand your expectations and allow us to give you a more

accurate estimate.

• We’ll create a detailed estimate for your custom home. This includes:

Budget allowances for personalized selections

• Once the estimate has been approved, we will schedule a time to sign a contract,

and you’ll have a clear understanding of what to expect before we break ground.

• With your approval, construction begins. Our team handles every detail behind the

scenes, from permits to daily oversight, so you can enjoy the process without

stress.

• We guide you every step of the way. From selecting finishes to passing inspections,

we keep things moving and keep you in the loop. You’ll be invited to walk-throughs

at key stages, including a final tour before closing.
